Corrective Maintenance

Celmi is prepared to carry out corrective emergency maintenance on your scale.

Our technicians are qualified and trained to perform the repair service, a diagnosis is carried out on all items of equipment to identify any problems and the repair is carried out, without the need for replacement, thus reducing the maintenance cost itself.

In cases of replacement of parts and plates, Celmi only uses original parts.

Preventive Maintenance

Relying only on the best scales does not ensure the continued fidelity of the equipment.

During production processes, especially with regard to successive repetitions placing and removing materials that are heavy, platforms need to receive periodic maintenance and regular checks.

In preventive maintenance, the equipment is disassembled, cleaned from the inside out, reassembled, adjusted (calibrated) and certified. Thus ensuring a reduction in the number of breaks and time in repair, increasing the useful life of the equipment and reducing expenses.
